About Us

Pack 88 a very active pack where the Cub Scouts are given the opportunity to participate in activities and community service events that keep them interested and challenged.

How It Works

The kids in each age group meet together as a den at least twice a month for 1 hour long den meetings a Christ Lutheran Church’s class rooms. These meetings are facilitated by a volunteer parent known as a den leader where the will facilitate the kids in learning new skills, activities and how to be a good citizen. The dens also assemble monthly for a pack meeting. At the pack meeting the Cubs and their families receive the achievement patches as they earn new skills.

On the advancement trail, a Cub Scout progresses towards a badge of rank based on their grade. They need not have earned the previous rank in order to earn the next. Each of the ranks in Cub Scouting has its own requirements that are age appropriate, so earning a rank below a Cub Scout’s current grade is not permitted. As a Cub Scout advances through the ranks, the requirements get more challenging, to match the new skills and abilities they have learned.
