PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:
All participants will park at Camp Garrison and everyone will ride a school bus down to Camp Hart. The bus will pick-up people at the Flag Pole in the Camp Garrison Parking Lot and will be running all day for those arriving late or leaving early who need to get to their vehicles.

*There is no participant parking at Camp Hart – Only event staff will be parking in the Camp Hart parking lot*
CHECK-IN:
You can arrive anytime after 8:30am. The bus from the Camp Garrison parking lot will drop-off right at the check-in canopy. This is where you will get your check-in packets with the program passport and shooting sports wristbands.
PROGRAM SCHEDULE:
8:30am – Check-in Opens
9am – Opening Ceremony – Parade Field
9:30am – Stations Open
11am-1pm – Lunch is available in the dining hall
4pm – Stations Close
Check-out – Camper Safety is our #1 Priority Before You leave camp, please remember to check-out where you checked-in.
SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES:
Archery – Kindergarten (Lion cub rank) and older
BB’s – 1st grade (Tiger cub rank) and older
Fishing – Kindergarten (Lion cub rank) and older
Please allow walking time between activities, as they are not close together. We recommend leaving an open session between each one.
